FUN FACT:
I was a bank teller for 4 years at TD Canada Trust throughout my undergraduate program.
Aside from carrying out daily banking procedures, I used the opportunity to build relationships with local business owners and community members. I became more proficient in Vietnamese after having engaged with so many Vietnamese uncles and aunties. I never thought that I would end up spending so much time working within the financial sector but I learned to seek opportunities wherever possible no matter how unconventional the process may seem.
